Branding a local company.
Create a set of branded materials that capture the character
and personality of a chosen company, and communicate it to it's customers.
Concept / Proposition.
Choosing an existing, local company and refresh it's identity. By using the company's existing
logo or creating a new one where appropriate, communicate the character and unique selling point across a range of branded materials.
Background
Seeing as the brief will be primarily research driven, it's important
to get to the root of what makes that company tick.
You must communicate the character of your chosen company accurately.
Considerations.
What company are you going to choose?
Consider the range of companies that exist from charities to non profit organisations,
through to multinational brands.
What services/products does the company offer? What lifestyle are they trying to sell?
Who are the company's current customers? and why do they want to attract a new set?
What branded materials will be appropriate to attract new customers and be reflective of the company's personality?
Target audience
A specific client market the company wants to target, determined through research, while keeping the existing customers.
Tone of voice.
The tone of voice should reflect the company's personality.
