Why I chose the briefs.

4' 33" (ISTD)
 - Very strong conceptually and has a lot of potential to be something beautiful.
- Would be interesting to see how John Cage's musical piece translates into something visual.
- Great potential for research and to Explore Cage's motives for the piece.
- Chance to work with time and again translate that into a visual representation.
- Gives me the opportunity to use my newly developed type skills learnt through OUGD204

Little white lies -DN&D
 - Takes me out of my comfort zone. My work is mostly type based so it would be a welcome change for me to get familiar with illustration again.
 - No limitations with style and medium. Great opportunity to experiment with different marks and patterns.
- Chance to work in an editorial context. Something that I'm always itching to do. - little white lies is a well respected magazine with some near iconic covers (Black Swan)

Interbrand Open Brief 
- Great opportunity to see how graphic design effects social change.
- Strong potential for thorough research - A subject that people care and feel strongly about.

Google YCN.
 - Gives me the chance to work on my craft skills.
- Working out of my comfort zone. -

Fedrigoni -
- Allows me to experiment with different stocks and colours
-Takes me out of my comfort zone and deal with craft.
-A chance for thorough research into the history of ferigoni.
- I respect Fedrigoni's longevity.
